Ingoing Inventory

Prior to the beginning of a tenancy, it is important to capture the condition of the property, its contents, fixtures and fittings in order to provide a comparision at the end of the same tenancy.

Our clerk will carry out an in depth inspection of the property detailing the condition of the property. Incuding any contents, fixtures and fittings paying specific attention to cleanliness.

The report will be enhanced by the inclusion of embedded photographs demostrating clearly the extend of any defects.

All reports are compiled using our compleley secure system which is accessable online 24/7. Once provided with a login our clients can book instrucitons, follow progress receive updates and view statistics.
